    Saturday August 25th we partied with Comrade Valerie Trahan, she and her twin brother e has a long history with the BPP.

    She and Freddy (Newton) and Jann Thompson started working with the BPP in All were former students at Berkeley High. Val and Freddy worked with Merritt college BSU. They both worked at the Intercommunal Youth Institute, youth school of the BPP.

    Michell Brooks daughter of Pat Brooks also was at the Party. Michell was one of the youth leaders back when she was attending the Youth Institute back in 's.
