Orville Willis Forte IV (FOR-tay;^[1] born June 17, 1970^[2]) is an American actor and comedian.

He was a cast member on the NBCsketch comedy series Saturday Night Live for eight seasons from 2002 to 2010. During his time on the show, he played a recurring character that led to a feature film adaptation, MacGruber (2010), and a streaming televisionlimited series in 2021.
